• Video Information: Video titles, descriptions, hashtags, posting date/time, thumbnail images
• Performance Metrics: Video views, likes, shares, comments, watch time (where available)

1.2 Information You Provide Directly

• Email address (for account notifications)
• Contact preferences and communication settings

1.3 Automatically Collected Information

• Device information (browser type, operating system)
• IP address and general location (city/country level)

• Video Metrics: For deleted TikTok videos, we retain aggregate metrics for 30 days, then permanently delete them

7.1 Access & Portability

• View all your data in your ENTRO.LY dashboard
• Request a copy of your data in a machine-readable format
• Export your analytics reports at any time

7.2 Disconnect Your Account

You can revoke ENTRO.LY's access to your TikTok account at any time by:

• Going to the TikTok app → Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites → ENTRO.LY → Remove Access
• Or by contacting our support team at [email protected]

7.3 Rights Under Indonesian Law

In accordance with Menkominfo Regulation No. 20/2016, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Object to the processing of your personal data
• Transfer your data to another service provider

ENTRO.LY is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will promptly delete it.
